- A third woman was found death today in her apartment building.

-Sheyla Richards, a 45 years local woman, was found in her apartment with gun shots wounds by a neighboor. The official cause of death has not been released yet, but the police are investigating.

"Richards is the third victim founded in the same conditions in the last two days" Said the Police Spokesman. A speculation of a serial killer is been cosidered.
